We should have had Myles Dungan commentating on the boxers.

Thrilled for her. Supreme athlete. I did dare hope for gold at one point, but looked like she just sailed a smart race. God the relief!!!

At least he recognised that she had a great chance of Gold, the other guy seemed obsessed with Belgium even though Annalise was well clear of third and was so close to Gold.

The Netherlands nearly blew it in the end! The Danish certainly did.

Well done that woman!!! Sailing is up there with Dressage in terms of how little I know, but I'm delighted for her - take a bow, young wan!

Delighted for Annalise, that mattered more than Katie I think. At least Katie has her gold, now Annalise has her medal too. She kept all four of her rivals behind her to the finish, a brilliant performance under huge pressure.

Great result! She sailed well and really deserves her medal.

Not a bad result for a 100/1 outsider at the outset. Insulting odds as it turned out.

    How's Annalise's brother doing? :D

    Very true!

The lads are obviously very pleased, but lets have some tears!

Hope they give her coach Rory some credit. He seems to have been with her from the outset, on the hard road all the way along. Cant think of his second name but they seem to be a great team together.

Apparently the famous Gary Keegan was closely involved for the last four years too.
