Anyone know of any good spots in Waterford? I'm sick of Pidgeys and Weedles!

Down by the Marina Hotel is a great spot, lots of spawns including Dratini. I've walked that side of town multiple times the last two weeks and that's definitely a sweet spot. Along the quay is Staryu/Goldeen heavy, slightly less Magikarp heavy. Some good stuff in random spots, caught a wild Dewgong yesterday, this evening I got a wild Clefable on Baileys New Street.
The Pokestops in the People's Park are great for eggs, a few laps and you'll have a full bag of 9 eggs.

Anyone seen any unusual pokemon with a very high CP?

Sick of just seeing Slowbro, Snorlax, Gyrados, Vaporeon and Dragonite on every single gym.

I've saved up about 80,000 stardust. Planning on getting one of my more obscure ones up as powerful as possible.

    A Pokemon hipster

    5) Vaporeon - 1703CP

No. 1 spot will be taken by a fellow Dragonite soon though. As I posted earlier, caught a 700CP 91% IV Dratini which I will evolve soon. Only need like 12 more candies. Should comfortably take the top spot as it will be at the 2600CP - 2700CP range after evolution :D

where are people catching all the dratini and dragon air , seeing loads of Dragonites now ive only caught 3 dratini so far around DCC

Has anyone noticed the rustling leaves are now gone in the game? I know there was talk of it meaning a Pokemon would appear soon-ish but now there's no sign of them in any of the locations I noticed them previously.

Also, has anyone noticed, since the last update a few days ago, that Pokemon that were guaranteed to show in the same location every day are now no longer showing?

Finally hatched something decent from a 2k egg.

Wow SNAP!! I was walking this morning and hatched a Charmander, too!! My first one! I'm level 20. It's mad. Since the first pokemon catch on my first time logging in, I've not seen a charmander until it popped out of an egg. Be good to know if there's a nest somewhere in Dublin. As for Bulbasaur not a hope; the only place I've seen them is on youtube videos in the UK! Is there any in Ireland? Also I saw there's a Poliwrath somewhere near Baggot Street Bridge. Well the outline was around there this morning. I tried tracking it but it went off screen as I walked towards Mount St Bridge.

Got a Bulbasaur in Phoenix Park during the week.

I caught a Bulbasaur in Wexford this morning. A Blastoise and Squirtle have spawned in that exact location in the past 10 days as I was passing.

Edit: Sorry a Wartortle spawned in the same spot. A Blastoise was on my nearby meter by my house but I couldn't find him.

    Interesting chart!

Would still be cool to have a 2000CP Golem or something like that.
I hope there are updates to add some more benefit to variation in the game.

Caught an Ivysaur this morning :D - it appeared coming down the hill towards Heuston on the Luas by the hospital. Have only caught 1 Bulbasaur before now - and think I may even have hatched him.

I caught the 700CP one along the Quays, near the Heuston Station end. The rest I've caught all over really. The Grand Canal, Quays, Phoenix Park, Marlay Park and I caught a few good of them at Bull Island (caught about 5 or 6 in one day there).

Still no luck from eggs. Just hatched Pinsir from a 10km egg. The last 4 10km eggs have been Eevee, Jynx, and 2 Pinsirs :(

The Irishtown nature reserve (https://www.google.ie/maps/place/53%C2%B020'08.6%22N+6%C2%B011'42.7%22W/@53.3357212,-6.1973847,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d53.335718!4d-6.195196) spawns bulbasaurs on a fairly regular basis - its a bit awkward to get to though. Also, if you live out near Castleknock, there is a little green beside the Castleknock train station that spawns them fairly regularly.

I've seen them on either side of the pedestrian bridge near the IFSC over the last week or so.

As long as you spend a bit of time there you should get something. I went out last week, got a load along the causeway road, especially road near the roundabout on the island. Walked about half way down the beach and got feck all on the actual beach.

What are you using to get that map?

Any PoGo scanner/map will do really. But I use this one https://github.com/mchristopher/PokemonGo-DesktopMap/releases

Just download the .exe and off you go (if you're on Windows). You have to log in with a PoGo account though. Make a new account for it, don't use the account you play on.

Another scan of Bull Island. As you can see it's absolutely packed near the middle of the island.

The southern end of the island is just as good (across the wooden bridge). Tonnes of water types with regular spawns of squirtles and dratinis. Also the only place in Dublin I've caught some Charmanders (and also a Charmeleon last weekend)

Enniscorthy. Just at the John Doyle's pub above the Cathedral in town.

An Electobuzz spawned at Dunne's Stores last night.

After seeing this post I went to this green and done a few laps. I didn't come across a Bulbasaur and there was also none in the sightings.

I did however take over the gym there but when I tried to go into the shop numerous times to collect the coins, the shop wouldn't load. At least I got a bit of exercise!

Had a 2k egg on the verge of hatching yesterday, and I check it last night to find its disappeared. Sort my Pokemon by recent, and there it is! A 362CP Squirtle sitting there :P highest one I've got

There is currently a Bulbasaur on the Sightings at the end of Henry Street near the Spire. I didn't have time to go search for it though :(
