but jeeez what a mess... first they told me to park with other cars because there was no space.

I get in, place just packed, cars all over the place without any sort of system in it (most of them boxed in). What a mess.

    and then stuff like this:

did he just buy it at a scrapyard or what.

    IMG_2071.jpg

    ?

    IMG_2067.jpg

    really?

And what about this for a beauty. I was parked preety close to the owner in the field so got chatting for a while. A whopping 13000 miles on the clock from '83. Excuse the wheels, the originals were off being painted and those were the only ones at hand to fit

couple of posts coming up from the recent holliers in Mallorca.
I have to say there doesn't seem to be that many oldies on the road where we were (Alcudia), bar a lot of 80s Renault/Citroens, very few Mercs - I can only recall a couple of W124s and a 190, but here goes -
I spotted the Mini, but then looking at the photo there seems to be a bit of Americana in the background, anyone care to guess at what it is?

...you wait ages for a Citroen Mehari, and then two show up! The sandy coloured one looked to be a permanent fixture as advertisement, the orange one was in use
