IV's are irrelevant for some people but not for others. The difference at most is a bit more than 10%. Again, whether you care about IV's depends on the type of player you are and your goal.

Just got a "You're going too fast. Pokemon go shouldnt be played while driving" message to which I had to click 'Im a passenger'

Also the nearby section is now called "sightings". And the pokemons are in grass when you click into it. A new way of locating them?

I like the new Sightings list, the Pokemon actually disappear when you're out of range. Got sick of having a Squirtle that was 5km away 30 minutes ago stuck on my nearby list for the evening

I considered getting a one month data plan but will only be spending a few hours total in the cities and am supposed to be on quality family time here

Got the same while walking to the bus this morning. I walk quickly, but not that quickly.

Any idea why they added the Battery Saver setting back in? They removed it a week ago, presumably to fix bugs. It's re-introduced in this update, with the same bug that rendered it useless for me before they pulled it.

Lots of failed 5km egg hatches for me today, but on the positive side I did get a +600 Exeggecute from a 5km egg, and a 512 Charmander from a 2km egg. I have a few more 5km to hatch tomorrow, fingers crossed for that Porygon or a high CP Abra

Anyone know of any good spots in the Limerick area?

I know that Lickitung can be found in the people's park, and Slowpokes and the occasional Slowbro spawn regularly at the treaty stone. Can anyone else add to the list?

600ish Seadra, my first, randomly appeared in my kitchen just now, strongest Pokemon I've caught outright (few eggs and evolves higher). Don't even have a Horsea yet! Got my first Pikachu earlier too so overall a good day.

Just managed to track down a Porygon on Nassau St using the new 'sightings' screen.

It's not perfect but it's better than nothing, and tracking a Pokemon all by myself again gave me that buzz of excitement I haven't had since pre-3 steps!
