denying them a proper burial does not come under desecration? Are people still seriously discussing this repulsive idea as if it has some merit?

bin laden inspired the death of thousands of people, yet apart from the controversy of dropping him in the ocean, he was given a decent enough burial.
I am sure you will find the same situation with the suicide bombers in the West.
Apart from this stupid idea having no textual basis in Islam, the leaders in the west will never sink to the same levels as the loony fringe of the far righ wing, who probably throw pigs heads in mosques and desecrate jewish graves in their spare time.

is that a justification? should we start indiscriminately killing their civilians? after all, they kill ours.

    We do that already, no?
    But that is another topic.

I agree that it is a stupid idea.
Has no basis in Islam. (Muslims don't believe this.)
    Western leaders won't do it.
Fantasy of the loony fringe of the far right.

I don't care how they are buried .The argument was THEY don't care either . Contradictory , much ?
They weren't decent humans . There's a pile of dirt and rubbish as a monument to the Nice attacker. People spit on it when they pass it. They're no ''right wing lunatics ''He didn't deserve better . You're appealing for a decent burial ? Strange mentality . Skewed priorities .

Besides, how do people expect muslims to view the desecration of the dead?

Can you imagine the reaction of ordinary americans if their soilders bodies were horribly desecrated? I'm sure even some people who were against the intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan might change their minds. At the very least they'd lose sympathy for the people who are doing it. And Imahine how it would affect the american soilders.

Abusing dead bodies just seems like overkill (no pun intended) to most people. Rather than a tactic to prevent attacks it seems like taking vengeance on the dead.

Surprised no-one has proffered the "Nuke Mecca" solution yet....

What do they do with the bodies of those who they kill? For eg I hardly think they respect the death rites of their Christian victims in the middle east.

If you use an organisation like ISIS to guide your moral compass then you're lost already. You might as well join them.

The testament of the nun who witnessed the murder of the priest is so sad. He made kneel down at the front of the altar and he knew what was going to happen, he tried to save himself but he is an 86 year old man.

Then the traumatised parish, people talking about how the priest married the couples, baptised their children, gave them their first holy communion.
The priest was involved in so many important part of the lives of the community.

The police knew one of the terrorists was going to make an imminent attack but they couldn't find him. They didn't know where or who the target was.

I don't know what the authorities could have done to prevent this attack. If it impossible for any country to secure everywhere.

Boo fricking Hoo!!! They are bombing, beheading, shooting and driving over European citizens. People with your attitude are the problem in Europe. We need to strike back, hard and not give a shiny shyte about their feelings or what "level" we are on.

Any resistance in Europe against ISIS should not involve "EDL" idiots and Pegida Nazis. They'll only make things worse.

I've read my post 5/6 times now, as well as being the one who wrote it. I'm struggling to find any reference to EDL or Pediga offering resistance.

Putting it out there. Just in case they start getting ideas.

Who ? The EDL? I think you need to realise most people aren't latent racists whose hatred is unleashed the second anyone suggests tackling islamic extremism .

The aim is to save many lives without harming a living person and possibly only ignoring the desired treatment of a dead jihadist . Perspective.

Of course. I still have some faith in humanity. Nevertheless EDL, Pegida types are pretty active on social media, capitalizing on these issues, as expected.

    Are they openly members ?

Actually you are very quick to rubbish the opposition's ideas and lambast people as extremists this or that.
And I am not talking about Pegida, EDL, etc.

Well then what are your solutions or proposals ?

When you say resistance in Europe what do you mean ?

I'm genuinely not sure what you mean by the above.
    Do explain.

The bodies of jihadists should be chopped up and feed to the dogs.

Oh, up to now it had been 'Pigs', by general agreement of those who go in for that type of thing, now it's dogs.

Is it a hobby or more of a calling ? If you can't find any do you just wait in hope or try to spin anything to fit?

You'll forgive for not having much concern or respect for the mortal remains of Jihadi scum.

You gotta rise above, don't join that race of depravity to the bottom of your soul.

You may not respect 'Jihadi scum', but don't lose your self respect in these troubled times.

The kind of 'people' who'll drive a tuck over families or murder an elderly priest can go to hell. Literally. They certainly don't deserve any respect or compassion off me.

Self respect Mr. Trump, lose that and you lose the world.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 611 ✭✭✭Zxclnic

What does that even mean? You're talking about people who would murder me and my family just I because I don't follow their warped dogma. These people deserve to rot in hell.

You were advocating the feeding of human corpses to dogs, how could any civilised person even contemplate such a thing, are you really, really sure that's a good idea?

Christians don't do that either. I don't think he is one.
