Well from what I understand in this case the poster was basically saying in a fairly harsh way they would refuse asylum for any applicant from the middle-east.

You can disagree with that (I do), but are you really saying it is indeed worth a comparison to Hitler or gas chambers?
Probably pertains to not importing a million into the EU without any checks of any kind..... but you will take from it what you will.

Your faux outrage isn't working & it won't escape readers that your phoney outrage doesn't seem to extend to the perps who murdered a priest and slit another's throat!

If you know that even one of the biscuits is poisonous, its safer to bin them all so as not to kill yourself by eating a poison biscuit.
Similarly, If you know that even one of the however many refugees trying to enter the country are going to kill innocent people, its safer to not take any into the country.

Assuming the poster means genocide is just absurd. It's leaping to massive assumptions because that's what you want to see.
Or maybe yknow, I'm wrong and you are right - he is actually literally Adolf Hitler and he wants to rev up the gas chambers again!

And disposing of something as waste is not an obvious analogy for the closing of borders. It would make more sense for it to refer to genocide (the "disposal" of many people).
Now I do actually believe that the poster doesn't condone the slaughter of refugees en masse, but his rhetoric is either poorly chosen or deliberately inflammatory.

And it's talk like that, and this...

    Exactly. Fcuk them.

...that makes fascism. Hitler was a monster but he couldn't do it alone. He needed the support of the people and he did this by dehumanising the Jews and other groups he wanted rid of in the eyes of ordinary people.
So when I see ordinary people dehumanising large groups of people, the majority of whom are suffering in ways we couldn't imagine, I think Nazis.

Reports on social media that the attacked had uploaded footage to liveleak. I can't locate it yet.

Would you want to watch it?

Europe is turning into an utter sh!t hole due to the huge influx of Islamic followers who follow an ideology which is completely against Western values which includes freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Not to mention the hatred that ideology has for women's rights.

A civil armed war is coming if this keeps up, it is just a matter of time before an armed group is created by citizens.

    *looks outside window*

Apart from a few potholes it looks ok around here.

Do we even know that the culprits of this act were refugees, by the way.

Stopping the immigration will lead to large camps of refugees stuck in countries that can't provide them with any sort of perspective or future - no jobs, no education, no adequate housing, difficult access to health care, etc.

We've sort of done this little experiment before, with Palestinians who fled to Lebanon in the 1940s and are stuck there to this day. I propose that this approach is not going to do anything to help make the region any more stable, and unless it becomes stable it will remain a threat to us in Europe.

Ah Lebanon, once a Christian nation reffered to as the Paris of the East, look at it now. So your solution is for Europe to become Lebanon?

Yeah yeah I know, you want all 18-30 year old Islamic males interned.
I can see no possible drawback in that plan. :)
I think it is a good idea. Don't delay implementation.

All terrorist acts are just awful, but honestly, there is something particularly barbaric when young fit men attack vulnerable elderly people in their place of worship.

Totally sickened by all of it.

He is French national, not French. The same as children of present "Syrian refugees" will be French, German, Belgium nationals. And they will be murdering, bombing etc European natives.

Now I do actually believe that the poster doesn't condone the slaughter of refugees en masse, but his rhetoric is either poorly chosen or deliberately inflammatory.

Yes to summarise he expressed his support for a very tough stand on how to handle the refugee crisis in a harsh way which was misunderstood by some (but it is now clear he was not condemning organising a genicide)

But back to why triggered this discussion: some posters argued what you described justifies comparing the poster to Hitler and saying he is suggesting to start the gas chambers.

Now that we agree he didn't actually suggest carrying out a genocide can we also agree the comparison to the nazis is inappropriate, and move on?

Saying this type of comparison is inappropriate doesn't mean agreeing with him, just refusing non-constructive argumentation.

He should have been sent with a one way ticket to Syria with no way back. Yet Fraud Merkel had opened the doors to these types to let them back in undocumented and ready to cause damage.

    Not. Our. Problem.

If they want to apply for asylum, they should do so at offshore processing centres. Australia's coping fine.

It's not our problem until it will be our problem.
Leaving it for the next generation to solve is selfish.

It almost makes you want to immigrate to a country that is as far away from Islam as possible. Japan perhaps would be a good place.

Great point. We're making great progress dehumanising 1.6 billion people.

As I said, offshore processing. If they can't set foot on our shores, it's not our problem.

98.5% Japanese and fourth largest economy in the world. Don't see the usual self-loathing 'we MUST accept diversity from all over' mentality that plagues Western countries. Don't see suicide bombers either.

I sure hope that the Clonskeagh Mosque is under surveillance.

    Cue.... WHY?

Well why not, given all that's going on at the moment.

Anyone know where they get their funding? I think it's either from Qatar or Saudi.

Who knows what goes on behind closed doors. We are afraid to ask.

But I'm sure our Secret Service has it all sorted.
