    I also have some other games which I can't seem to setup giveaways for, when I try to search for the name on steamgifts they don't come up but they are on steam.

    It usually means that the game was given away for free at some stage.

    Does anyone know if there is some way to restrict giveaways to group members who have achieved various levels solely by gifting within the group, as opposed to gifting to the wider SteamGifts membership? Might allow for a bit more nuance in setting up giveaways.

    Rerolling giveaways until you get one of the specific members you want to give it to is about the only way afaik
