    You should be able to see his email address. Drop him an email. if he doesn't get back to you in a few days then re-roll.

    I'd double check the key hasn't been activated before re-rolling. He could have activated and forgot to give feedback. If you re-roll then you'd get stung with gifting a reclaimed key.
