hi, does anyone have any experience of kangoo jumps/exercises?

there's not a greta deal of info on the internet about them so was looking for any first hand experience.
seems to be good for toning and dramatic weight loss.

any good for the older generation?

No exercise is good for toning. As a physical property it doesn't exists.
As for weight loss, any activity will help by burning energy, but its largely a product of diet, not exercise choice. Jumps and jump variations would burn low to medium energy depending on intensity.

And they would probably be less suitable for older generation due to a risk of injury. Either by falling or impact on joints. A more stable exercise would be much better. Walking or other low impact cardio, bodyweight squats etc
