Nope. Just a question thrown out there. If they can get the the ok tonight on that sample and both fighters are able to fight would it be reinstated?

Ive no idea what the point of that conference.

If they thought there was even a sniff that the b sample could have come back clean, or JJ was really that surprised to be caught/test positive, they'd have waited for the B sample to come back this eve.

Things the UFC should have learned from this. For major events, always have a replacement ready on the undercard.
They could easily have had Gus or Rumble on the undercard or even paid them a retainer to be fight ready to ensure the card was safe. It's not rocket science.

I dont think DC and Jones will ever fight again 2 years out DC will be 40 I think,good luck with that project.

Kinda makes you realise he probably has been doing it his whole career,i for one was one who never suspected him even when stories like the one posted above were floating around i still believed he was clean.

Personally i think he has probably been on them all along and this presser is just about damage limitation,i wouldn't be positive but i would definitely lean that direction.

But at the same time i don't for one second buy this idea that if a guy does recreational drugs it automatically means he has no moral compass and would be willing to be a PED cheat,i think there is no correlation between the two.

I said before when he got caught for coke that it might have being used as a masking agent for peds. At the time alot better to get caught for some charlie then be a juicer.

He shouldn't have been caught for coke in the first place to be fair, those test results shouldn't have been released it was out of competition.

Jones is a ****ing scumbag.

I said before that people expecting him to change will be disappointed. The sad thing is the general public will buy that show in the press conference today. The UFC and fight fans should wash their hands of him and let him get on with destroying his life.

He has had about 4 chances now and pissed them away every single time. It's ridiculous. Then you have someone like DC getting booed while Jones is lapping up applause from an audience (and I know I thought that was hilarious at the time but upon reflection it isn't).

really pissed off, it was the fight i was most looking forward to, all the hype and build up, two of the best fighters in the world who really hate each other. **** jon jones anyway, i don't believe this tainted supplements bull**** for a second.

the card is still good and i will stay up for it, but for me it's just a decent card now, not the epic stacked card they wanted it to be. no ronda, no conor, no jones, no lawler etc a single title fight. the main card now being a gatekeeper heavyweight (no disrespect hunto!) and a guy who hasn't fought in 5 years. edgar aldo should be epic though.
