If every hairdresser who named their place some sort of hair-based pun (Curl Up And Dye, Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow, etcetera) were closed down for crimes against humour, there wouldn't be many hairdressers left!

Not a business name, but Virgin Media in the UK name all their vans with celebrity/character names that include a pun (not sure whether they have a fleet in Ireland or have continued the practice here but I used to work around the corner from a depot in the UK).

    Jean Claude Van Damme
    Van Morrisson
    Luther Van Dross
    Van Diesel (my favourite)
    Julie Vandrews
    Van Solo
    Obi Van Kenobi
    etc etc

Yes, when using latex I find that active grunting is much better than passive grunting.

I always have a giggle when I get into an elevator that is built by 'Schindler Lifts'. I can't help think about the movie with Liam Neeson in it about Oscar Schindler. I know I shouldn't laugh but i do.

lol, I've got one of those from Switzerland. The driver got very annoyed when a whole crowd of scout and leaders started taking pictures of it. :)

Wang laboratories was a computer company in worldwide operation till the 90s. Often saw their vans around Dublin.
Had a marketing campaign that was shortlived in the English speaking world.
