Yes I'll try absolutely everything before I contact t-dimensions! Fingers crossed it's a software issue rather than hardware - really don't want to have to send it back, love the phone.

Just noticed there is a software update available, I'm currently on G930FXXU1APB6 and it'll allow me to update to G930FXXu1APDU.

Have you ran an update since you received the phone?

    Not yet.

It's notifying me of it though. Just haven't applied it yet.

    Hey Guys

I have been using the HTC One M8 and my 2 year contract is almost up. Looking at getting the S7 due to the HTC 10 not being available on Vodafone. What are peoples opinions having used the S7 for a while? One thing that isn't mentioned in the S7 reviews is the sound quality, which was/is fantastic on the M8.

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

It's never going to be as good as the htc speakers. The external speaker can be blocked by your hand but it's decently loud for a few YouTube videos. I had one faulty unit originally but the replacement has been perfect so far, good battery life and performance. It's a much better phone than any previous Samsung I've had due to there being less bloat.

I'm not one to believe these updates really make much of a difference to battery, but I have noticed a massive negative difference in my battery with this June update. it's actually alarming!

Guys, can anyone advise if the S7 Edge models being sold on T-dimension that are advertised as DUAL-SIM also have an SD slot?

I'm gonna bite the bullet on this one but was just curious if it has an SD slot or 2 x SIM slot's only?
    https://www.t-dimension.com/uk/samsung-galaxy-s7-edge-g9350-dual-lte-32gb-silver-multi-unlocked.html

    thanks in advance.

it has an sd slot but you can only use 1 sim + sd card or 2 sim cards at the same time.

you can't use 3 all at the same time without any modifications.

    Hey,
My package from t dimension arrived today.

The product seal looked like it had been removed and replaced with a smaller seal, you could make out the adhesive residue. Also a sticker on the top left of the box had also been removed. Once again you could see the adhesive residue on the box.
The product seal was not stuck down firmly and was peeling away.

    Anyone experience anything similar?

Does anyone know what process they go through or would there be any reason for this. I want to know as I saw that some phones from Asia have been opened and altered for the UK & IE markets.

Mine was the same, have it 2 weeks now no problems. Everything in box was untouched but seal was definitely tampered with which did raise an eyebrow at the time of opening

21st, no tracking number just an order number.

Edit: Actually there was a trace number and it is recognised by the delivery company.

What is the name of the update from June? I thought that was supposed to be better for the battery?

My battery has taken a nose dive in the last few days 6hours usage and I'm at 38% if this keeps up the phone is going back.

Why not just figure out the cause of the drain? If you return every phone that has a drop in battery life, you're going to be spending a lot of time in phone shops.

Have you checked your battery stats? Does the drop in life coincide with any updates or app installs?

Yeah, point being that it's a bit extreme to return a device for a software issue.

Edit: There is an issue with google backup that has been fairly well documented online recently, so don't know if that's what is affecting you guys.

I don't think it's extreme to send it back if the battery continues this way. At this rate I'll barely get 12 hours usage unacceptable imo for the money I paid for it, and it will be going back if it continues. Android system and Google services seem to be the big drain on mine.

Same here, before that last update I was easily getting 24 hours usage I'm on target now for 12hours on this charge that is some drop in battery performance. I'll be on too Samsung if this continues.
