I'd give myself some cool powers, definately the ability to fly, shoot some fashion of explosive from my fingertips, and make rocks edible. And a wild and crazy assortment of other random powers.
Then I would do the standard things, like deposing Bill Gates and Georgie Porgie from the Pale House, and giving myself a healthy sum of money. And solving the third world's problems and eradicating several major deseases.
Then I would abdicate the position of omnipotence; any game gets boring when the debug menu is perpetually active.
