Soundcloud comments say it was a live improvised set, which suggests either there are no tracks, or it is one big track.

    Eh???

It's a dj set. Of course there are tracks. & it's certainly not one long track. It's a mix of various tracks. The 'live improvised set' just means that he didn't play the tracks in any particularly planned order. He only chose which track to play next at the time. Like probably 99% of dj sets.

I'm not familiar with the guy so you could be right. In my experience though, when something is advertised as a live set it means the DJ/artist is playing their own productions from Ableton or some such, rather than playing somebody else's tunes off CDs or records. The fact it's had almost 4k plays and nobody has added any IDs, requested or otherwise, does nothing to change my suspicion. Nor does the likes of this comment, which appears to be from the promoter of the night:

"but for this night we had Kevin come and play an all improvised set, so there is no setlist, just one long massive…"

I'm familiar with him. It's a live dj set. Not a live production set. The fact no-one has added any id's to any tracks means that people don't know, or they just don't want to know. & the fact it's had 4000 plays means diddly-squat.

Furthermore, the fact that the alleged promoter posts up that there is no track-list would have been on his own soundcloud page had people wished to know what any of the tracks are.

Keep in mind we're talking about Americans, here. Their use of the English language can be a little skewed at the best of times.

Just wondering can any help with this one.

Trying to track down the name of a song. Sort of a progressive track. It samples dialogue from the film 'Snatch'

It repeats the phrase 'im coming to london' said by 'Cousin Avi' throughout the song and then in the middle it has the dialogue between Avi and 'Doug the head' and the song kicks back in again.
    http://www.movieweb.com/movie/snatch/im-coming-to-london

I had it on a tape I taped from Power FM in Dublin (cant find tape anywhere!!), around 2003/4/05 maybe! It was from a late night show, I think the DJs name was Brian Cody(?) he had a show on Sunday nights.
Hope someone can help would love to get this track.
    Cheers

Heard it again, someone ran up to the DJ and came back with "Tokyo Orignal mix" typed on their phone but no artist. None of the tracks at the moment seem to be it, there are a few artists that pop up on google.
Not Gareth Emery. (way too trancy)
    Not D-Rashid & Kid Kaio
Might jog someones memory, of course the track they came back with on their phone could be completley wrong. Thanks.

heres a few more for you to eliminate from your search :D

This is a long long long shot, but did anyone survive Marcel Fengler's beast of a set at Macronite in Dolans Warehouse, Limerick? May 2013.

There was this one tune, the only way I can describe it is CHORDS, CHORDS, CHORDS. Seriously stabbing, powerful chords over thumping, rolling techno. Anyone that was there and conscious may well remember it, energy levels peaked, the place went bloody insane! At least halfway through the set, must have been near 2am...

Long shot without a recording, but if you don't ask, you don't get :)

Close, but what i'm after is another level of rage entirely....thanks Fieldog!

FSG played a few months before Fengler, also epic. Although Perc was better on the night I seem to remember.

Sounds like the template for a lot of Shed, WK7, Head High tracks - this maybe?

    Trance/Techno song
I whistled it out. Song from late 1990s to early 2000s, the song goes like that through out the song just speeds up in certain parts! Now can anyone tell me what tune it is, please :)

Searched the song on YouTube and google and it doesn't come up.

alright theres this song , it sounds like a track by the prodigy ( it may well be) it has female singer singing quite fast saying somethign a;long the the lines of ''aint nobody, .....................................................get with me'' ( i could just be making them lyrics up altogether)
i have the beat in my head clearly its sounds very similar to this AFX song at 1:17 but more of big beat sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sort2m3H3dc
also its a pretty common song since i heard it a lot in my life time

Is there a break before you hear the vocals? And could it be 'ain't nobody ..love me better than this'? Chaka khan sample?

I'd be inclined to agree with you on that one. Let us know if you figure out what it was anyway.
