    Sausage sandwich prepared as follows:

Cut crust off a slice of white pan.

Cover one side gently in mustard and brown sauce (must be HP)

Place sausage mid way on the diagonal of the slice of bread and roll

    Pickles are optional

    Enjoy

I would personally take up arms and gladly absorb bulletts to protect such a sandwich (once I was promised a bite of course).

One of my favourite sandwiches is a simple one that involves a slice (or 2) of Turkey with a scraping of Colman's (not too much, just a little) then iceberg lettuce on top and close sandwich, simple and the turkey and lettuce both really let the mustard do the talking... hmmm
