Pay me ??? I've just used the site :rolleyes: Anyway they can unlock of phones that are not unlockable for free, I got my Nec 343i unlocked by them.

That code is wrong, there should be 15 numbers after the + not 10.

We'll see. That was got off a site that I used to unlock my phone. It was free. I didn't have to pay a penny. So there.

Tried one of the previously mentioned websites last night and put in the 7th, 1st and 2nd codes which were like this, #pw***************7. Each time I got code error on the screen.

try the code below but only if its different to the ones you entered last night. virgin uk might have some different setting that i don't know about. only try it once because you only get five tries and then it can't be unlocked by a code again. some phones only give you 3 tries but if the 1100 is one of them there's no harm entering my code because the phone would already be hard locked.

As far as I know there is no need to keep the sim card out. It should not affect your sim at all.
