I got a Sony Ericsson phone from Meteor and would like to unlock it so that I also can use it abroad with other SIM cards. Can anyone recommend a cheap and reliable unlocking shop in center Dublin?

My old phone died completly so i got a new one today lgkp500 when i stuck my sim card into it it only had 22 numbers saved on it even though im sure i had them all saved to sim. But any way i have a old vodaphone card with them on but that wont work with the meteor phone so any idea where to get an ulocking code for this ?

Can a Nokia 6220 Classic (6220c) that is on the Orange UK network be unlocked for use over here? If so, can you recommend any online services or any places in Dublin that can unlock it for less than €30?

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can unlock the 6300.

Sony Ericsson's are probably the easiest to unlock by PC, If you have the respective USB cables.

hi all, any help on this much appreciated. was in london for the weekend and a cousin of mine gave me his old phone which he originally thought he had lost. when he thought it was lost, he rang vodafone, had it blocked and got a replacement. Long story short, phone turned up and he gave it to me. can this be unlocked or does he have to contact vodafone himself?? i dont want to ring them up and them think i have stolen it or somthing. Is there any other options for me as i think he is worried about ringin them sayin he found it after already getting a brand new one. the phone works fine and i can trn it on and play with it in no sim mode. Any replys in laymans terms please guys cheers, by the way its a samsung touch screen phone, not sure of the model

You cannot pay anyone for the unlock code other than o2.

Ok so the only options are to pay o2, use a turbosim or go to an unlocking place who have a bb5 unlocker clip right?
