I'm shocked and appalled (again) that Call_me_al's most played song this month is I Bet You Look Good On The Dancfloor...

Bigger Boys & Stolen Sweethearts is their best song mate!
    It's deadly, honest!:D

Here comes the friday night again
Weekend in Wicklow I shall spend
Why don't you come and visit with me [pack your buckets & spades]
A fun filled weekend by the sea

Just want to spend a night in Bray
The royal hotel I shall stay
Like me it's other people's top choice
From Gaybo, Bono to James Joyce

And if you, should go there, there's a quazar and aquarium, half price with your mam.
There's a dodge 'em, and the slots, and lots for the tots and for me, and for you to do. [yee hah]

Just want to spend a night in Bray
    With Senioretas from the debay
The promenade is from of lights [but most of them have been knicked]
    And you'll gladly take advice

There's a chipper, and a chipper, and a chipper in the town hall as well [and the burgers are swell, and more old folk homes then you can shake a stick at]

Here comes the friday night again
Weekend in Wicklow I shall spend
Why don't you come and visit with me
A fun filled weekend by the sea

Just want to spend a night in Bray
It's only a Dart trip away
Take a stroll down to the main street
You never know who you might meet

I just want to spend an night in Bray
And go and watch the Wanderers play
A two nil win would be nice
But a nil all draw will suffice

Edit: I don't believe it. In the past 15 mins I've written an email to my friend. That's all it took. Just after doing a word count on it there and low and behold, 613 words. wtf...?

i finally got around to tackling some of the mountain of washing that was piling up - and now have loads of clean socks - woo hoo! they're all paired up and safely tucked away in my sock drawer. *\0/*

I know the feeling. One week's worth of washing up and laundry is now done, hurrah.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,382 ✭✭✭snorlax

yes:)! the first morning in about two weeks im going to get a proper lie-in. I had to get up at 8.20am both days for the interversaties last weekend (and considering we went out both nights that was tough going).

I know they were odd socks, but at least they were clean (unlike that ripe campaign t-shirt that you'd been wearing for how long?).

Although, i was reading today in the observer magazine that 80% of the average piece of clothing's life time energy costs is due to washing the garment.

To continue the laundry theme - clean sheets to look forward to as i trundle off to bed now.

yes, i wore that for 2 weeks,

on the woo hoo point.... I popped my online shopping cherry just now, using my own lazer card.

and I just applyed for Trinity accomadation!

I'm so happy i'm off to bed*

Doesn't twin room mean you lads are in the same room? Isn't he a chronic masturbator?

But, no, seriously, i do like Joe.
