Regrets?

I have some major regrets. I regret just about everything that happened in secondary school because I would have a better life now if I had done things differently.

My biggest regret is being a shy nerd and taking my school work too seriously to the detriment of social skills. I was crap with girls then and still am.

I regret not standing up to bullies. I also regret the fact that I broke off all contact with everyone I knew in school once I left. I now realise that some of them were OK but I had a bit of a "persecution complex" going because of the bullying so at the time I thought absolutely everyone in my school was a pr1ck.

Despite my nerdiness, I didn't do nearly as well in the leaving cert as I should have done. I was intelligent but didn't apply myself properly and was not very clever in the way I approached my studies. To compound matters I then made a poor choice of career/college course.
