I live in the UK now, didnt make that gig or even hear it on whatever radio station it aired on.
It was done by one of the MP3 groups,Talion who do a lot of radio show releases from around the world.I usually just pick up Hernan Cattaneos radio show but saw that and the Warren K one and thought it would be of interest to someone at home.
If you use a nfo viewer to view the nfo file that comes with it ...

Can we post up how to upload tunes to radidshare etc. I have tapes of stuff from back in the day, but don't know how to do it.

[RECORDING] - To get started I'd suggest you download a copy of Goldwave (Software) available from here. http://www.goldwave.com/faq.php#Recording . There is also an easy to follow guide on a single page there too. This is a very capable app to record your music (Tape, Vinyl, CD, any audio source really) onto your computer. 90% of our Nr:Gex live sets from years ago was recorded using this app. Dont bet intimidated by the interface, as you will only need to use a small portion of it.

If you are using a laptop to do your recording, it will need to have a line-in socket. DO NOT use the Mic-in socket as this will normally produce Mono Sound and thats a definite no-no. If it has no line-input, you will need to buy Hardware (a PCMCIA soundcard about €100), this simply slides into the side of the laptop and effectively turns it into a high quality digital recorder. If you use a desk-top PC, well your sorted as it already comes with a line-in socket onboard.

[UPLOADING] - This is the easy part, It's a simple process and it's free to join and use. Go to www.mediafire.com and open up an account and login. Then follow the steps below.

    #1- Click 'UPLOAD FILES'.
#2- Choose how many files you want to upload in the session from the dropdown menu. (Try 1 for starters)
#3- Click 'BROWSE' and point to the file on your hard-drive that you want to upload.
#4- Click the 'UPLOAD TO MEDIAFIRE' button.
#5- Wait till the file uploads**.
#6- Job Done / Get your sharing URL and post it.

After the file uploads you will be given a unique Sharing URL, for example http://www.mediafire.com/?fcczeednjgz . Then its just a case of posting the URL when you want to share that specific file. Repeat steps 1 to 6 to upload more files, each file will be given a different URL. - (**A file can take anywhere from 10 seconds to over an hour to upload, depending on it's size/format and of course your connection speed.)

[ANTOINB] - Post an audio sample of that whitelable and we'll all have a bash at the ID. Again, nice1 for your contributions to the thread, the content and presentation of your files is excellent.

[SENAN] - The NFO files contain a wealth of handy information, to quickly get at that info, simply open up a blank notepad window and 'drag 'n' drop' the NFO file into it.

[ANY1] - Check this lil' puppy out. http://www.bugmenot.com  The mind boggles

Agree with you on Goldwave, brilliant program.I use it for a number of things..good for changing between wav and mp3 formats ,also very handy for ripping audio from movies or tv programs to mp3.

Without going too deep into to Sen, It's a way of putting your personal stamp on a file package (as in a Zip or Rar file) - It allows you to 'TAG' the file you posted / offered up for a d/l. If you had a graphic (just like a company logo) you could incorperate it into a standard text document using text characters alone, you dont need to use an actual bitmap / graphic. - It's ol-skool stuff (in the true sense) but still very much alive and well. - It's the very first file you should go to and read if you download a compredssed file. - At the header of the file there will be a moxy load of 'whats looks like to be gibberish' / but if you squint a bit that 'gibberish' will form a picture and the text underneath will give you all the background info about the file.. - (Here's a wiki on it) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.nfo

Here is the links for the Asylum Prime Time episode & Olympic Ballroom Video. Before you start complaining about RS let me point out they are on my rapidshare account for the simple reason that they will never be deleted. I know some people will say use mediafire etc but recently people have had problems with mediafire. It may take you a few attempts to download all the parts to the episode but at least you'll get them.

    Four cities, one beat!

Going clubbing tonight, or staying at home? Or perhaps you'd like to have it both ways, and large it up without leaving your living room. How? By hooking up with Eurodance '97, coming on at Dublin's Temple Theatre, and also coming out of a wireless near you. The EU-wide event happens simultaneously in four cities - Rome, Brussels, Liverpool and dear old Dublin - and features top DJs like David Holmes, Carl Cox, Pete Tong, Dave Clarke and Claudio Coccolutto; it will also be beamed by satellite to radio stations across the Union. The organisers are expecting at least 70 million Europeans to tune in, turn on and work up a veritable lake of sweat, all in the comfort of their own homes, and they're predicting a further two million hits on the event's own Web site. Now that's what I call having it large.

The Dublin side of tonight's big beat bash is being organised by the fine people at Strictly Fish, and the tricky broadcasting bit is being handled by 2FM production wizard Ian Wilson. Headlining tonight's show at the Temple Theatre is Belfast DJ David Holmes, who has just released his critically-acclaimed second album, Let's Get Killed. Having already cut a cinematic swathe with his debut album, This Film's Crap, Let's Slash The
Seats, Holmes brought a DAT machine onto the streets of New York, recorded a variety of colourful conversations, and stitched them onto Latin, dub and electronic rhythms to create the city soundscape of Let's Get Killed. Holmes has already won the Heineken Hot Press DJ Award and Muzik magazine's Essential Mix Award, and tonight Holm-er and his deckmates Billy Scurry,

Glen Brady, Dave Cleary and Nemo will knock 'em dead right across Europe, via the EBU satellite and on the Internet. Meanwhile, at Cream in Liverpool, DJ Carl Cox will do the honours for all the la's and la'ssies, while Dave Clarke flexes his mixing muscles at Fuse in Brussels. Finally, at the Goa Club in beautiful Rome, Pete Tong and Claudio Coccolutto will be inna da 'ouse. If you're one of the lucky ticket-holders for the actual event at the Temple Theatre tonight, you can watch all these DJs on big screens at the venue; if not, you can still access the Web site and watch them in all their cyber-spatial glory.
