    Yeah, negotiation is a fabulous conflict resolution tool but only if both (all?) parties are equally good/fair negotiators.

    Was thinking about this thread today. When our alarm goes off that's the signal our room is & we are open for business for the day - queue the kids running through and usually an argument over who is going to turn off alarm ensues. Not so this morning...alarm goes off and wee guy (5) turns to his sister (4) and says "You can turn off the alarm today but it's definitely my turn tomorrow". :eek:

    Queue shocked parents relieved they must be doing something right! :pac:
