You're at DDR5-6000 alright. Dont worry about the DRAM status of 4800MHz in the BIOS.

Once EXPO or DOCP profiles are enabled, you're essentially overclocking the memory to DDR6000 as evident in both the EXPO status and the MegaTransfers/sec in task manager.

CPU-Z is a little odd, but looks to be an old version, as its not reading the type or frequency. Might be worth updating that to the latest rev.

Download Zentimings. It's the best for showing memory settings.

Is there a sweet spot for setting fan speed ? noise doesn't bother me too much - small office & headphones on . Iv been monitored GPU temperature and it's been fine when getting pushed .

Really depends on your build and case. I use a Be Quiet Pro 900, and due to the size of the the Nvidia GPUs, I had to move the fans around to increase airflow and remove the older HDDs, replace with m.2 ssds to allow more space for cold air to flow from front to back. Also has to relocate the dedicated soundcard. Made a massive difference on temps but still when I'm playing a game the fans are running at around 82 (msi afterburner) and that's keeping the GPU temperature around 86 which intensive gaming. Free radiator in winter and sauna in summer.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue

I'd suggest getting that, its worth watching a video on how to set it up to get the most out of it. JayzTwoCents has a video on it. It allows customs fan curves etc, makes a big difference if done correctly.

I'll be very honest, always set my fan curves in BIOS. Less overhead and fans aren't waiting for Windows to boot to go silent. Downside is you have to reset them after a BIOS update and you can't dial them in as quickly as the software solution. All that said, I'd recommend going with the software option for now but once you understand your preference for those fan curves you can mimic it in BIOS if you want.

And remember to set it to PWM and not DC. DC is the old method that involved lowering the voltage to the fan. PWM fans and controllers are smarter than that, even allowing you to have them stop altogether at low temps. I usually only have my CPU fan running while the system is idling or doing light tasks.
