Not sure what depth of detail you are looking for but accu-weather gives 10 days ahead and you click into each day and get a breakdown. Below for example is Torremelinos. You can obviously swap it to your destination in the top right (desktop), or the nearest urban centre to it. Obviously the deeper into 10 days you get the less reliable a forecast will be, but useful as a trend guide I guess.

Torremolinos, Andalusia, Spain Weather Forecast | AccuWeather

Can also be useful to google search for any live cams in the locality you are visiting and check in each day for a look. Oftentimes the headline '8mm of rain' disguises that it was actually wonderfully sunny for 6 hours each day when the rain went.

Quite a few stations showing 19C at 5pm. It's a superb run of weather. Kinda hard to believe in early April.

Some stations have 0.0 rainfall for 1st week of April. The rest are mostly under 1mm.

The satellite has a bit of hazy light cloud over the West. Is that dust or fires.

From -1 this morning to 19° today...

Tricky dressing weather alright, but loving it while we have it

Got me wondering what the biggest daily variance of temperature has been in Ireland, it'd have to be this kind of spring weather wouldn't it?

Or maybe a winter mild front clearing to a deep freeze?

If anyone knows I'd love to see stats!

Sunset yesterday. Today the same. Cloud trying to form off West now but no TV forecast has it so must be a glitch. If it was right tomorrow morning would be cloudy in the far West but this isn't mentioned so wel see.

Truly an amazing day here in Kerry, got up to around 19C out near the coast later in the afternoon with perfect clear blue skies all day.

In Alicante 23C. Blue skys and Sun. Utter bliss. Back to lovely Leitrim on Thursday. Just in time for the Irish weather to change back to normal. So is life.

Just arrived at Dublin 8 and it's rather chilly, chillier than I expected with the breeze being lighter. 14° here and rather cool in the shade, bringing me back memories growing up in late Spring and early Summer, when I lived very close to the east coast and the wind would cut you in two, despite the sunshine. It's days like this that reaffirm my decision to migrate to the midlands where warmth is far more common outside of the winter months.

    Fabulous @Cluedo Monopoly

Believe it has read 21° there today in the West? They must be all rich in Vit D at home.

Phenomenal spell really. 16° Meath in lovely sunshine.

School holidays starting Friday afternoon for two weeks but I see the spell is to break on Sunday😒

One of the best sunrises I have seen this year so far this morning at the Spire of Lloyd near Kells. Some spot to be for it. Such a wonderful spell and today was easily the warmest feeling day in Dublin up to now. Hardly a chilling breeze compared to of late. (just seen what highdef put.. I felt very different but I do get warm rather easily).

    it's a double edged sword.

Dublin can be plagued by cool easterly breezes in spring alright but it's also one of the sunniest, warmest and driest parts of the country overall.

Many a summer's day has seen the rest of the country plagued with showers while the capital stays mild and dry.

But on the rare occasion once every two years or so when we get a spectacular spell of weather for a week or two, West is Best alright.

However the average max temp in Ireland is around 10º for the first week of April and 13º for the last week.

So we've still actually had above average temps in the East for the past week despite the nagging breeze.

Up over 20C at my site out by the Kerry coast, full Fohn effect in a predominantly SE'ly breeze. Blue skies most of the day with some Altocumulus towards late afternoon, quite clear again now down to 11.2C. couldn't ask for a more perfect day.

Looks like more widespread warmth tomorrow with a lot of areas getting 17C + away from East coasts and Connaught looks like a lot of area getting up to 18C and more out towards the coasts all along the Atlantic Seaboard. Probably seeing a good few 19 or 20C the closer to the coasts as the maximum warmth is taken form the E'ly breeze as it crosses the country and warms up over the land en route.

Another stunning morning here in Dublin…this is some run over the last while…

Not as chilly as yesterday here in Meath, temperatures here haven't been great recently compared to the rest of the country but I've definitely come across spells like this with worse wind chill so this one hasn't been too bad. The blue skies and the sun makes a huge difference tho, if this was a cloudy high instead of a sunny one we really would notice that easterly wind chill much more. For us in the east it looks like tomorrow and Friday, perhaps into Saturday will be the warmest days of this fantastic spell of weather before normal service resumes from Sunday.

For me, sun is the most important thing. We're literally one of the dullest places in the entire world so if it's sunny and dry I'm happy. Obviously it would be lovely if it were warm too, but you take what you can get in Ireland.

We had some really settled but dull periods over the winter which I found utterly depressing. So the sun is such a tonic. And temps have still got up to 14º or 15º most days in the East which is still above average for early April.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,327 ✭✭✭✭Cluedo Monopoly

I think everyone is in mighty form thanks to all the sunny and dry conditions. Some areas haven't had a decent drop of rain for weeks.

Mayo is doing well in April. Belmullet and Newport at 18C already today. Newport hit 20C yesterday so interested to see if they go above that.

Warmest day so far in Galway for sure. Light winds certainly help.

    Just beautiful.

I'd happily work through red weather warnings and have days like today off! If only.

Stunning Spring weather, back around Dingle and feeling very warm, over 20C back at my sheltered site near Tralee, Blue skies and light breeze, looks windier down along the South coasts.

From Winter to Summer until Saturday. Fires burning to the South as I look from town and a lot of sirens going off. Probably but don't want it we need rain. Coz it never leaves then.

In addition to the wonderful sunsets, the visibility of the moon is unbelievably clear these evenings. I'd recommend using a telescope or a good binoculars/camera to do a close up of it. The craters are spectacular.
