Rain was rough a few hours ago in Dublin 18 but that abated shortly after before some light enough wind came in for a while. Then there was an deafening silence for a short period given what was on the horizon.

In the last half hour it has started to pick up with a consistent and ominous noise occasionally punctured by swirling stronger gusts.

Agree 100% but there was just to many not taking the chance. More damage would have been took in the opinion at the time.

Parked the car across the road in the large school car park away from any potential I'm hoping. Just seen some stuff that should of been brought it.

Got asked this evening would I come in early to restart the equipment tomorrow. Politely told the boss to piss off. I work evenings. There all at home tomorrow.

Was looking for a new job before this bit this event and his comment has heightened the drive.

Picking up even more now.
