My opinion is there's people who look at USA films tv YouTube they dress as if they live in America if you are not at the beach or a monk you should not be wearing flip flops if you are an adult

    What is uvb?

    Why isn't everyone wearing sunglass,s

I know celebs wear sunglass ,s sometimes in order not to be recognized. I.m old why do people wear jeans with large holes in them . Of course of you look at 70s tv it's weird men wearing large platform boots

Fashion is constantly changing they have to sell new clothes every year

I was told by an ophtamologist that we should all wear sunglasses in the sun no matter what time of year it is.

You mentioned peaky caps. Always wore one when I wore glasses. Great for eye shade and keeping rain off the lenses.

Now I dont wear glasses, I still wear peaky caps. Feel naked without a head covering.

I think a lot of people love themselves these days so they actually think people want to see their hairy, white, skinny Irish legs.

photosensitivity and macular degeneration would be two reasons people wear sunglasses a lot. Cases of both in my family. Also in my case I used to wear them particularly a lot when I used to get migraines. Wearing them used to make me a whole lot less tired and certainly felt the pain / discomfort eased.

I tend to have no trouble doing things in the cold so long as I am actually doing something. I'd be out running half marathons in the depths of winter wearing pretty much the same as I would in the summer for example. Don't mind the occasional cold plunge either or swims in the sea on new years day and the like. Most of the things you mention and recommend really. Cold wet ice or snow never tend to stop me.

But there is something about standing doing nothing wet in the cold that just isn't me. That's when the enjoyment stops and active suffering sets in for me. And not the pleasant kind of suffering for me either which a lot of other things I do would be.
