Home Garage Gym Heating

    Hi Everyone

I'm looking for advise for a home garage gym and heating. I have rubber horse stall mats down as the flooring - but over winter, I get condensation on the mats and it's impossible to do anything on as it;s too slippy. I can dry off with a towel, but it comes back during my session - I normally work out in the mornings. I have insulation in the walls but none on the roof of my garage, or on the rollershutter door. I'm guessing that the mats are slightly warmer than the air, and that's why it's happening.

Looking for adivce from others on this - insulating the roof will be a bigger job - it's a large garage , 8m x 6.5m

I see diesel space heaters - would tehse have too many fumes?

or would something I can plug in work well enough?

or has anyone got experence in the area or done it before?

    thanks
