I just tried again for a car insurance quote from Outsurance … filled in the online form, a lot of questions that were not needed to be asked in my opinion, got to the end and still no quote given. They phoned me back within 2 minutes, again asked for my date of birth and details … I asked why they don't give an online quote and he said they "like to do things differently" and that it works well for them in South Africa and Australia. I said I think it's a pain in the arse and thanked him for his time! I don't get it, maybe it's just me
