Mira 88 mixer leaking ..what alternative options?

This is leaking when fully open and dripping on bottom floor.. How can i remove and replace it ? Or tiles have to come off? Any good alternate mixers/fittings anyone can recommend? Thanks

I absolutely agree but unfortunately I've got myself into a bind if I want to replace like for like as I can't find any bricks and mortar crowd selling the vitino. However if the Dene model is a reasonably close replacement I've no problem buying that from Chadwicks etc so song as they can sell me a replacement cartridge at the same time. In fact I'm never buying a new shower again unless I can buy a least one replacement cartridge at the time of purchase
