While a significant escalation in tensions between the two countries, if the worst Iran can do is launch some volleys of drones, I doubt Israel is overly worried. More excuse for them and the US to jointly bomb the shít out of any Iranian sites considered to be building a nuke.

Although it's been used it's probably not been "fully tested" against a full on offensive is what I was getting at. It's been a cutting edge and heavily invested in system at the forefront of defence for the last 30 years it will be interesting to see how it performs against its expected toughest test yet. Likewise the US form part of this defensive ring or system. All will have been designed to defend against major attacks including I presume ICBM's. Let's see how she goes!

If (and I could see it happening) the drone factories / production sites etc. are on the Israeli high priority target list, Putin might have to do without Iranian drones for more than a few months, and a critical few months at that.
