Organ donor opt out

I am an organ donor, have been for years but there is something about this that im not comfortable with, im actually thinking of opting out because I think there is something very off about this. what do you guys think? any conspiracies relating to this? https://www.irishexaminer.com/news/arid-41337034.html

OP, I let the thread run so that discussion could be had to clear up any concerns you might have with organ donation. But claiming that doctors can let people die on government orders to harvest organs for the rich is taking it down a road that is beyond even the scope of the Conspiracy Theories forum.
I hope you have some clarity from the replies you've received but I'm going to close the thread there.
