Who will win? 2 extremely disappointing World Cup results for the 2 teams. Who is effected more? Can either bounce back?

    It's not on RTÉ2, it's on ITV*

*I don't count Virgin Media 1 as a watchable tv channel.

Going to be interesting suspect France might have been getting a harder time than Ireland in the press ?

How's the post sexton era going to work out. Questions questions..

No idea how this is going to go. Fascinated though.

If we couldnt manage anything in the world cup when we had the best player to ever play rugby then what hope do we have now.

I think this could be an eye opener.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,189 ✭✭✭This is it

I think it'll be tight, a score either way.

Both teams have lost a superstar one to retirement & one to 7s, let's see which one can kick off the 6Ns without them.

Looking forward to Matty Williams telling us all how horrible a 6-2 split on the bench is for rugby

Huge pressure on Crowley, I really hope it goes well for him tonight. I think France will win though maybe by 10 . Obviously hope Im wrong!!

    Its rugby.

Dont mind your talk about outhalves, or wingers or any of that nonsense.

Sure Dickson favours the defence at the breakdown but its rugby and its all about the set piece and winning the breakdown thats where its won and lost.

    Antonio vs Porter

    Baille v Furlong

    Doris v Aldritt

Come out on top in two of those matchups and you can win the game.

Think we've potentially a stronger pack than at the World Cup, especially with the 6-2 split.

But the loss of Sexton, Hansen and Ringrose is huge. Their replacement just aren't at the same level.

Big night for the young blood to be sure. I wish them the best of luck!

So we've Rob Kearney to thank for Crowley not going to La Rochelle.

    Who'd have thought! 😂

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,477 ✭✭✭lawrencesummers

I cant see us winning this bar a lucky bounce or something else outside of our control. we lose this by 7 points i think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 16,680 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Kearney has also just guaranteed we lose by 30.

Jaysus man. Don't say it out loud.

France have a lot of players missing. Just like us! We can sneak a win.

Three lineouts won in a row.

Good to get those World Cup jitters settled.
