Spot on houses in extremely poor condition, not priced at all according to the condition. Some of these houses may have been recently been painted or new tiles to make you believe that are in OK condition but a professional eye can spot beyond the surface big issues like poor roof, leaks etc.

Finding houses are coming on the market at a trickle and also that asking prices mean nothing. Viewed a house in Drimnagh standard 2 bed terrace currently 110k over asking!
