Interested to see if many here are selling their meat direct to the consumer. We have been long thinking of doing so but we are finding it difficult to find out what requirements we need to meet to do so. anyone have any starter points?

The Irish Moiled Society are running a course over the next month or so on beef boxes and what is involved. Only open to society members but membership is €50/£40 for the year. Details are on their Facebook page "Irish Moiled Cattle Society"
Funding from DAERA so I assume they will be dealing with UK legislation etc..
