Original sale price of property circa 2005

Hi all,

looking for some advice on how I recover the lost details of the purchase price of an apartment purchased around 2005.

I have had personal records lost due several house moves and decluttering exercises, the bank in question was Ulster Bank and the email account I was using at the time was Eircom, both unfortunate choices...

Anyone have any ideas for me ?

Did you try the solicitor who managed the purchase? They should keep some paper records.

Do you need to know how much you bought it for? Or sold it? Would the Property Price Register have it?

Thanks yes had thought of that but thinking there will be a cost there but it may be my only option 🙄

the exact amount no actually i don't, and like i said unfortunately no longer have access to records
