Israel Shows Its True Intent

    For years Israel, when in discussion about Palestine, has agreed a 2 state solution is the only viable way forward.

    Today however their ambassador to the Uk Tzipi Hotovely has openly admitted that Israel will not agree to a 2 state solution after hostilities end and Israel will not allow any form of Palestinian state whatsoever.

    Shlomo Karhi wrote on X: "We live here, this is our country. The historical estate of our ancestors. There will be no Palestinian state here."

    The ambassador also reiterated this sentiment whilst being interviewed on Sky News.

    This is the most blatant and frank admission from the current Israeli regime that their intent all along has been to basically wipe out all Palestinians, irrespective of their involvement in Hamas or not.

    Their disingenuous replies when confronted about their bombing of refugee camps, hospitals, and schools such as 'we will investigate' or 'we will look into these claims' were nothing but pre scripted replies to questions they knew they'd be asked whilst carrying out their now obviously genocidal strategies against the mass Palestinian population.

    This also implies that all the lip service Israel has provided regarding 'doing their utmost to avoid civilian casualties' and 'only moving the Palestinian population south to avoid the conflict' has been utter lies and were simply slowly moving the population out of Gaza altogether.

    Israel has been accused of miss treating Palestinians for many years, and anyone who dared call them out on this were automatically labelled an antisemite, people in high profile positions lost their careers publicly for doing so whilst others were frowned upon.

    On the other hand Israel has every right to defend itself from any further attacks such as was unleashed on them by Hamas in October....no country could or should be expected to take such an attack on its innocent population lying down and precise surgical strikes could be warranted in order to respond by Israel.

    Unfortunately it now looks like the October attacks were just the invitation Israel and in particular Netanyahu were waiting for in order to try and justify their full invasion and destruction of Palestine and all of it population, not just Hamas.

    The international communities view on Israel has changed, as was very visibly portrayed in the UN General Assembleys vote for a humanitarian ceasefire a couple of days ago, one which Israel has said it will ignore.

    Will Israels defiance of international opinion result in them suffering consequences in the long run, such as boycotts on Israeli exports?

    Will Israels blood lust result in them becoming a pariah state with just its big brother, who itself is at odds with Israels view on a 2 state solution, left to back them up ?

    Its just a real pity that a people who suffered such incredible horrors at the hands of the third reich in WW2 have learnd nothing from their own history only how to inflict the exact same horrors on another population only 80 short years later.
