So my old car died and had to buy a second hand Toyota Hybrid. Bit concerned about the cost of batteries for these cars- they are HUGELY expensive if you have to buy one. What is the typical life span of one of these hybrid batteries does anyone know?

I'd a 2008 hybrid that had no issues with it's battery.
