Folks, more and more people are not meeting the criteria for adverts.

The ability to select a thread title from the drop down menu has gone since the move to the new format but this does NOT preclude you from manually typing in a thread title.

• For Sale
• Swap/Trade
• Wanted
• Free

Choose one and place it in the thread title before the item description otherwise, as per forum rules, the advert will be deleted as I've edited at least a dozen this week alone rather than delete them.

Secondly more people are not meeting the minimum criteria in terms of what is required to post an advert. You need, at a minimum:

• Price
• Location (county)
• Pictures ( your own, not internet ones).

Once again I've been busy messaging lads to edit their advert rather than delete but it's becoming more common rather than improving so now the mods will simply delete without warning.

Alright everyone, a user just got their first for sale/wanted forum ban for one week for breaching these rules, even after being warned <24 hours ago.

If there are repeat offenders of this they will be handed bans for the forum of variable lengths.

Chaps(and chapettes) this is becoming an issue again so stickying this reminder at the top of the forum.

Fair warning - posting adverts which don't meet the minimum criteria(in particular For Sale adverts since they are the worst culprits) will be deleted and infractions issued.
