    Some interesting picks there.

Not blown away by the lineup but it's not terrible either

they need to contact the Tupac hologram

    It's truely awful.

Can I assume that David Kushner isn't the same guy who was in Velvet Revolver?

Listening away to Lana Del Rey as I was sure she was a shoe in😂

Of that, I would only go out of my way to see Kylie, Kasabian, New Dad, Waterboys Kneecap and Post Punk Podge. The first 5 if I missed I wouldn't be too upset either

This has absolutely plummetted below my most pessimistic expectations. My biggest fear is that it will be so widely viewed as a shoddy lineup that I'll have a hard time selling the 2 tickets I have. I'm genuinely kind of taken aback at how crap this one is considering this is the most they've ever sold and the fastest sell-out. After my big essay about how this isn't like Oxegen 2013, this felt similar, even down to the Calvin Harris headliner.

I WhatApp'd the line up to my 18 year old son. His reply, "Oh wow that's actually horrible."

Are there additional acts that aren't on the poster?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,656 ✭✭✭C14N

There are always some added later on, but the headliners and subheadliners are locked in. Tier 2 and downward usually still have some added closer to the event.

Really hope they work hard in the next couple of months and add something a bit better than that to the line up for the mid-summer announcement. The negative feedback is overwhelming on their social medias, I know it'll probably be ignored but it really shouldn't.

    Jesus Christ, that's poor.

Only my second year going, after 2022 so at least I can devote more time to exploring the more of the beaten track elements of the festival anyway. That's the most craic part anyway.

Where is underworld? Did they forget page 2 of the poster? It’s very disappointing.

Up to Jerry and Salty to help us out. Expect more acts to be added but based on that very few for me

Along with having the piss taken we are being fleeced.

Very slim pickings indeed. Probably will only visit main stage for Kylie, Faithless, Kasabian (although I never really liked them but if there is fcuk all else on will check them out.) NAS, Waterboys, Newdad and maybe Brick Nasty. What the fcuk is wrong with the bookers, where da phuck is Justice.

If you want to get into it, you got to get out of it. (Hawkwind 1982)

getting roasted on Twitter, which is not usually the case

I'm genuinely horrified. I remember how disappointed I was last year and that poster looks amazing compared to this one, Idles, Amyl, Young Fathers, Viagra Boys etc..

**** that. There'll be lots on the outside stages, no doubt but when the only, I mean genuinely the ONLY things I'm interested in on the main arena poster are Irish then it's time to admit defeat. A beautiful festival absolutely razed to the ground. Let the kids have at it.

Melvin ruined it. A brilliant thing.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,225 ✭✭✭Fanirish

knew it was going to be bad but actually surprised they didn’t grab the odd decent indie act like big thief or Vince staples or andre 3000

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,948 ✭✭✭Ricosruffneck

Well my tickets have sold and now need to get rid of my pink moon camping.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,225 ✭✭✭Fanirish

Bacardi logo is gone from official poster so that’s confirmation that Bacardi area is no more

I've only just heard of this Forest Fest thing and it looks far better than this.
