I'm the admin on Toutless and we've seen people targeting our Coldplay topic today trying to (and succeeding in) scamming people. We've put up a new warning on the site about a current crop of fairly sophisticated scammers who've compromised old accounts so the "new account" advice is unfortunately not a guarantee. We've also locked the topic for a while as it is so far out and as far as I am aware it is not even possible to transfer tickets yet. We'll likely open it up about a month out assuming we've no other reason not to. Please be very wary regardless of what third party ticket site you are using out there. There are a lot of scammers out to exploit people right now.

Could they not play after the finals? Depends what their tour schedule is gonna be but if they’re gonna do more than 1 night then it’s surely gonna be Croke park again

ladies final is mid august in Croker so if next year following same fixtures structure then so either April or late august are only real options.

a concert needs a week plus to set up in croke park so effectively 2 weekends are ruled out with a concert.

also doubt GAA groundskeeper would want any concerts in between May and august if there is matches every other week in Croke park.

Next July is the date I heard, if its Croke Park they will have to possibly relay the pitch after it.

They usually play 2 nights or 4 nights in a venue, 2 nights on a night off then 2 nights on.

The stage is quite small , they could put it up in 2 days.

Why not ? Its definitely, the most suitable venue, they will easily do more than 1 gig. and options there, for April & August gigs, which is , outside of GAA match calendar. Alos other options but matches would have to be moved,so thats less likely.

Absolutely fantastic. I'm a big fan of their earlier albums so clearly helps if you like them.

However it's worth it for the spectacle alone. It's impossible not to get caught up in the bells and whistles I.e xylobands. It's put together so well.

Now to get tickets. Not a fan of buying arena as it's usually priced really high for not great seats.

It was July last time and it was fine. The lights didn’t go on until a few songs in.

A few people on twitter are saying it’s August in Croke. Surprised it hasn’t leaked by now.

The Croke park concert was absolutely brilliant the last time. Sound was excellent. Whole thing was pretty special. They had a beautiful clear, dry and windless night for it. I'd given up on Coldplay after seeing them a couple of times and after the first couple of albums ... but that Croke Park concert was amazing. Don't like Sky Full of stars though, it's trash. 🤣 But they've a ton of other songs that just explode to life in a huge stadium. And Chris Martin can pull it off. But ... Disclaimer... Weather dependent 🙄
