Well as someone else suggested he could donate this "sponsorship" money that did not really come from the sponsor.

It would be a good start to the Toy Show appeal total this year, although I rather have a break from the LLS links, as someone is probably making a fortune (I mean admin free) from that also!!

I think this may well be the end of Tubridys broadcasting career in Ireland. The reputational damage will be severe. Among his RTE colleagues who were forced to swallow pay cuts his stock will be very low, let alone the general public who finance RTE.
