Astec alarm showing C fault, how to clear?

Hi all, My Astec alarm system is showing a C fault on the panel screen and a message saying call engineer, is there a way I can clear this fault? Thanks all.

If a down power and power up does not solve the issue its the memory chip on the board.
Usually not a good sign

If a power cycle fails try a power cycle with the factory link removed. This may default the systbit toyr at the last chance saloon atvthos stage.
