What are your favourite sauces or condiments?

I'm not sure if its common knowledge (if it is, someone should have told me) that Eddie Rockets "Secret" Sauce is now available in Centra! (€3.30 for 270ml).

I now have my two take-away favourites in the fridge, (this and Abrakebabra's taco sauce).

Which got me thinking, what are your favourite sauces?

I've really been enjoying this (sometimes mixed with a little mayo) but it looks like Tescos are out of stock. If it's been discontinued I'll not be happy, BBQs will be cancelled this year.

If it’s hot I generally like it, whatever sauce it might be. I have tons of them in my kitchen, can’t de use which is my favourite.

I have a jar of caramelized red onion relish on my shopping list for Aldi this week.

Everyone was raving about it last year, but I never got to try it.

Henderson’s is a Sheffield sauce, lovely on chips, pies, all meats etc…very mmmm on sausages and in sandwiches or on salads. The delicate flavoursome kick is mmmmm…

difficult to acquire here now… Fallon & Byrne used to be regular stockists but they’d have it on the shelves for two months, then not seen for about 8 months….last couple of times I was in they didn’t have it. Absolutely unique flavour… so nice…

Yeah and not too hot either after its cooked. The heat is cooked out of the habaneros but the taste stays.

sriracha would be the hot sauce i use the most. not blow your head off hot, so nice and versatile.

My son loves garlic mayonnaise so I've been making a lot of that recently.

2-3 cloves of crushed garlic, half cup of mayonnaise, few glugs of evoo and some Italian dried herbs.

I was surprised how similar to the take away version I got it by throwing them together. He prefers the homemade version so that's a win.

There's a crowd called Burren Balsamics, based in NI somewhere - they make the MOST delicious flavoured balsamics and oils, my entire family is completely addicted to them!

But this stuff is next level delicious - I lash it into practically everything I cook. Cheap it ain't, but OMG so worth it!

I cannot recommend their products highly enough.

Made some wild garlic oil at the weekend. Picked the wild garlic of the neighbours verge. Twas lovely on roast chicken.

I have no idea, tbh - i always just assumed they were Clare based, until I went to order refills for that garlic pepper grinder online, and discovered they are actually in NI.

I saw Hendersons in my local supervalu today, 3.79 for a 250ml bottle.

I had to pick it up but need to pick something to try it with now!

otherwise, agree with the Maldon sea salt, plus lately loving Heinz caramelised onion mayo, Aldi smoked onion mayo (recommended from this page!) and always have a stock of at least one of chohula chipotle, original and garlic hot sauce!

Make a lovely sauce for chicken wings…mix sour cream, mayo, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, crumbled blue cheese.

Or, Sour cream, mayo, dash wostershire sauce and a tablespoon of hot sauce. Lovely with chips

It's regular stock, there's caramelized onion, jalapeno pepper, and I think one other flavour (maybe red pepper?).
