Can you know someone is bad news just by looking at a photograph of them?

And I would also follow this question up by asking can you tell someone is bad news (or access whatever else about them) just by their phenotype alone, without being able to make any judgements based on facial expressions or clothing? Do some of us spend too much of our time giving some people the benefit of the doubt when we can know enough just by one look? Should we even be bothered trying to put our finger on why we don't like someone.
Take this first photo. Leaving aside who this person is (for now) and just from looking at it, I would instantly assume that I would have nothing in common with him. I get the impression that he wouldn't exercise or eat healthy, and that in itself is not a good enough reason not to like someone. I'm just wondering why it is that I'm almost certain I wouldn't like them. I do have to admit that part of the reason that I don't like this person is because they remind me of someone I know who I wasn't to fond of, and it's therefore hard for me to know how much of it is to do with that previous experience. What are your thoughts based on this photograph?
If I saw this next person for the first time, I'd just assume they were a scumbag to a greater or lesser extent. Why though, seeing as his face is expressionless? And it's no surprise that this fella was in fact somewhat of a delinquent who caused difficulty before he got into Love/Hate.

@Wanderer2010 You cannot tell anything about the character of a person from their image captured by a lens and which simply shows them represented in time and space for a mere microsecond.
Well actually sometimes you can, given that you can see their facial expressions which reveal a lot about them. Perhaps the only actor I ever thought was too good at playing their part as a psycho was Mark Wahlberg. And there was a reason why; he was just playing himself. If you saw this image of him below for the first time, would it be your guess that he kicked the sh1t out of someone at some point in their life?! According to you, you're saying that it would be impossible to tell! Well, indeed he has assaulted someone. Wahlberg has beaten someone over the head with a baseball bat when he was a teenager. He also chased some black kids on a street throwing rocks at them and shouting "kill the ****", and those victims still have scars from being hit by the rocks to this days. If an ambulance didn't intervene for those black kids, who knows, they might have been very badly hurt.
Regarding the first image, it's not just because that that guy reminds me of someone else. I watched several of that his youtube videos, and their a vile energy about him. My suspicion was 100% right.
Of course there are loads of bad people out there who wouldn't make you suspect anything from just looking at them. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that there are some who do make you have a suspicion.
