Impact is a brand name. The basic one is a whey concentrate.

Isolate is a more pure version of whey. They strip out more of the milk fats and lactose (sugars).

Clear is formulated t dissolve into water, great a lighter clear drink - similar to cordial. Whereas as normal wheys the particles float in suspension, creating a more milky drink. This mean clear whey is better suited to fruity flavours.

Isolate has a higher protein content than concentrate. But you could simply have more per server to get the same protein. Would only be relevant if you were trying to minimise carb entirely.

The clear protein is also an isolate. Main benefit there is taste.

Other than that it’s all the same, it’s just food.

Ok let me explain in short, whey protein are made to fulfill different dietary needs. Whey isolate undergoes filtration to remove fat and lactose, yielding a high-protein content ideal for those seeking lean protein sources. Whey concentrate retains more natural fats and carbohydrates, offering a balanced protein source at a more affordable price point. Impact Whey, a specific brand from AOB Nutrition Myprotein, is a popular whey concentrate option with various flavors. Clear whey protein, on the other hand, is a newer form processed to remove the typical cloudy appearance, providing a refreshing and flavored alternative to traditional whey shakes.

Each type caters to distinct tastes and nutritional goals, allowing individuals to find the right fit for their fitness routines. You can choose your whey protein Considering your body need and taste preference.
