Weight loss and looking for high calorie foods

I'm starting Abbott high calorie shakes to counter weight loss and I'm hoping to ask some advice on which foods I can use to gain high calories.

Abbott high calorie shakes are very dangerous substance and here is why

1. Full of synthetic vitamins most made out of petroleum
2. Very unhealthy Canola and corn oils listed as fat
3. Highly processed and very unhealthy maltodextrin, corn Syrup and sucrose all listed as carbohydrates
4. The worst proteins, some of which also combined with MSG such as Calcium caseinate, Sodium caseinate and soy protein

If you're underweight you want foods that are high in calories but also nutritious.

Some examples would be milk, nuts, meat, peanut butter, yoghurt, avocado etc.

I've been trying out some extra foods. Granola, Yogurts and I'm also trying to drink full fat milk. I currently have 600ml per day.

Any high calorie meal ideas would be great? I've lasagna for today and salmon for tomorrow.

I'm not lifting. I have a medical condition that results in weight loss so I'm putting some extra effort into maintaining and gaining weight. Any foods or meals advice would be appreciated.

Yes I've been given some shakes to try and also some powder additives for food. I don't like some but I was just asking for ideas on meals

The HSE provide a free recipe book of high-protien, high-calorie meals. It's a good book. Your dietician will provide you with a copy., or a PHN. Might help.

You can add cream or coconut cream to shakes to bump up the calories. Peanut butter is another source of dense calories.

Can also use similar dense calories to diners. Butter chicken, coconut curry, satay etc. Choose fatty cuts of protein over lean cuts. Calorie denserise and pasta over too much veg. Paris mash etc.

Basically the opposite everything a person dieting needs to do. Putting weight on is significantly easier, and tastier.
