    Just reading section 9 - CONDITIONS TO CONSIDER BY ISSUING SUPERINTENDENT OR CHIEF SUPERINTENDENT (M)

    "Has a good and sufficient reason for requiring the firearm. (Please note that sufficient reason relates only to restricted firearms) Yes or No"

    Then does this mean you don't have to have "good reason" to apply for an unrestricted firearm licence?
