Makes the Windows crash screen display longer

Hi

Does anyone know how to make the windows crash screen display longer than like 0.5 of a seconds so that I can get the error code that will point me to where the issue might be

In the last couple of weeks my Windows 11 PC has been very unstable. It often crashes on boot (usually twice) and the boots up fine the 3rd time, which is very strange to me. (I work in IT)

I need to get the error code on the screen, as there is nothing in the system logs other than "[ERROR] - The previous system shutdown at 17:21:37 on ‎24/‎11/‎2022 was unexpected." No dumpfile is created that I can see in C:\windows

Open System Properties ("View Advanced System Settings" in the start menu, or Win+R and run sysdm.cpl). Go to the Advanced Tab, then select Settings in the "Startup and Recovery" section. Uncheck "Automatically restart" under "System failure"

I understand it will prevent machine to restart, but how would it delay or keep screen up if its "unexpected shutdown"?

does it happen while windows loading/loaded or before that ?

dump/log usually recorded if windows sensed the error and had time to record, pre-Win failures would be indicative to hardware failure. Any POST notes?

Video recording is great feature on the phone ....as this happens so predictably often, perhaps worth to turn it on ...

If Windows crashes, it will display the error screen for a short period, then automatically restart. The setting I mentioned turns off the automatic restart.
