Daily or weekly updates

    I used to receive a daily or weekly update of discussions/forums that I followed. I cant seem to activate this again and can only seem to receive email updates of every single comment made. This resulted in about 25 emails in 1 hour yesterday. Is there any way of getting the daily/weekly update email of the discussions I am following rather than every single comment?
