Not sure if I am posting this is the right forum but maybe someone can help.
I have recently placed an order on very.ie and successfully used their "Click and Collect" free delivery. However, when I try and place an order now, I do not have the option anymore. I can only have it home delivered for a fee of €1.99 which I know is not a lot but the click and collect shop is right next door to my workplace. I rang their customer service who were next to useless. Anyone had this issue and if so, how was it fixed?

Last time I went on the Very website my Computer got a virus and crashed. I said never again. Is it any better now.
Also where is the Very Click and Collect shop based?

I tried many different products. Even tried ordering something I had delivered using parcel connect before. The option just isn’t there any more.
