HKC SW 1070 - replaced battery, alarm code seems to have been wiped?

Hi, just replaced the battery in this alarm

Now I can't arm it as it doesn't accept my old code

Also on the app I am now unable to log in. The guys who installed this alarm went out of business about 5 or 6 years ago, will I need to get an alarm company to set this up again for me?

Was battery put in on the wrong connections as it sounds like the system has defaulted back to factory settings?

The default code is 1111, engineer 4567

thanks, well yes I think I messed up as in trying to be careful I turned off the mains breaker, I don't think i got the polarity wrong but can't check now anyway as it will go into Tamper mode and I won't be able to disarm

I just tried my original alarm code again and it's working, so I don't know what was wrong earlier??

However I can still cannot get into the HKC app using the same code
